WEEKLY TOPICS FOR A YEAR
Mindful practice helps you train your brain to focus more intentionally, instead of being in default “busy mind” that causes repetitive thinking loops, from past mental-emotional, and focusing habits.
The Mindful on the Move app helps you learn to apply mindfulness to everyday life (in thoughts/feelings/actions-reactions), while you’re ‘on the move.’ Become more intentional and gain confidence in who you are as a person, at all levels (thoughts, feelings, actions).
Take the MINDFUL on the MOVE CHALLENGE, (in the app), that starts this January. For each weekly topic, try out a practice in all categories (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual). The practices are based on reflective (observing) and sensing (feeling, seeing, hearing) practices you can do while ‘on the move’ in your daily life. Become more mindful and intentional in relationships, and in who you are…one step at a time, all year long.
Do a short quiz on the topic of the week to get you thinking about how it applies to mindfulness and what you do in your everyday life.
Read about each topic and how it can affect people, and their ability to be mindful and content, or scattered and stressed.
Submit interesting things you notice during your practice and your experience may be featured in the app or in the next Mindful Intelligence book.
